Russell Kacir has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and entrepreneur. He is backed by an organization with over 50 years of mediation experience, successfully completing hundreds of cases. Russ is a seasoned professional with a background in sales and operational management, business funding, contract negotiations and strategic planning for both startup and established organizations. He founded and operated Sun Atlantic Corporation, a successful technology rental company that he later sold to a national event services provider.

Russ is a licensed mediator and a member of the IABMC, an association of Business Mediation Consultants and is licensed with the Florida Department of Financial Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.
